Shipping & Meet up POLICY

Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days and include tracking with insurance. During our busy season (August to December) please have patience with us should we be a day or two late.
 

In the event an insufficient shipping address is provided and the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the buyer will pay for the 2nd attempt shipping cost.
 

Some orders are local and buyers prefer an in person meet up. In the event we notify the buyer that their order is ready but they do not schedule a time to pick up their item, they have six months before their order is considered forgotten and will be absorbed into the inventory to sell.

No refunds are available for forgotten items.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final, we do not offer refunds or accept returns. However, should there be any issues please contact us. Please open shipped deliveries within 48 hours and report any damage with photos. We cannot replace broken items past the 48 hour mark.

PAYMENT METHOD

Cash or card accepted. We do not accept checks.
